The IBM Broadmoor Campus in North Austin will be the site of a massive redevelopment.
The project is on 66 acres. It will have a Capital Metro Rail Station and 2,000 residences. Buildings will be as tall as 360 feet.
Brandywine Realty is the developer behind the project. They will be offering more than is required back to the city in exchange for variances on the IBM redevelopment.
